1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the complete and binding agreement between you and Lasbela 1 ("the platform", "we", "us") governing your use of the Lasbela 1 website, mobile application and all associated services. By accessing any part of the platform — including browsing, registering, depositing or playing — you accept these Terms unconditionally.

These Terms apply alongside any other policies published on the platform, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy. 2 Eligibility

To use Lasbela 1 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active account on Lasbela 1. Registering more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, devices or payment methods — is a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended.

When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information. This includes your full name, date of birth and contact details. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure, forfeiture of any balance and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — username, password, PIN or any other authentication detail — secure and confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person. All activity conducted using your account credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Lasbela 1 support immediately. While support will take reasonable steps to assist, Lasbela 1 cannot accept liability for losses arising from credentials that were shared or insufficiently protected by the account holder.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on Lasbela 1 are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not accept deposits in any other currency and does not perform currency conversion. The payment channels currently supported include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and debit or credit cards. Supported channels and their applicable limits are displayed in your account wallet section.

Deposits are subject to minimum and maximum amounts that vary by payment channel. These limits are shown at the point of transaction and may change over time. Lasbela 1 processes deposits in good faith — once a deposit has been confirmed by the payment provider, the funds will be credited to your platform wallet.

You may only deposit using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing using a payment account, card or mobile wallet belonging to another person is not permitted. If a deposit is found to have been made from a third-party payment source, the deposit may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Lasbela 1 does not accept cash deposits. All transactions must go through the supported digital payment channels. If a deposit is unsuccessful due to a payment provider issue, the funds will be returned to the sending account in accordance with that provider's processes — contact the relevant provider (JazzCash, your bank, etc.) for queries about failed or pending transactions on their side.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for standard accounts. VIP Gold and Platinum members receive priority processing, which typically results in faster turnaround. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise specified and approved by support.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, Lasbela 1 may request identity verification documents. This is standard practice for financial security and fraud prevention. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal being held until verification is complete.

Withdrawals of bonus funds or VIP cashback are subject to any applicable wagering requirements. Real money deposits that have not been used to meet a bonus wagering requirement may generally be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification requirements being met.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts in your own name.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in your wallet section.
• Multiple pending withdrawal requests may be combined or processed sequentially.
• Lasbela 1 reserves the right to request the source of funds for large withdrawal amounts.

6 Bonuses and VIP Programme

Lasbela 1 offers bonuses, promotional credits and a four-tier VIP cashback programme — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the point the offer is issued. These terms include wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses) and expiry timeframes.

Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is the total amount you must wager using bonus funds before they convert to withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling ten times the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted.

VIP cashback is calculated on net losses within the qualifying weekly period. Cashback is credited to your account at the start of the following week and is itself subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal. VIP tier advancement is based on cumulative activity across casino play and sports betting combined — both sections contribute to the same tier calculation.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash outside of the stated terms.
• Lasbela 1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time.
• If abuse of bonus terms is detected — including matched betting, bonus hunting or coordinated play — the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided.
• Only one welcome bonus per household, device or IP address is permitted.

7 Gaming Rules

All games available on Lasbela 1 — including casino slots, live dealer tables, sports betting markets and game lobby titles — are governed by individual game rules provided by the respective game studios or data providers. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market. By placing a bet or launching a game, you confirm acceptance of those specific rules.

For sports betting, bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant match or event as confirmed by the data provider used by Lasbela 1. In cases where a match is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the platform's standard void and postponement policy, which is displayed in the sports betting section.

In the event of a technical fault, game interruption or system error during a live casino session or slot game, the round in progress at the time of the fault will be resolved based on available game state data. Where a round cannot be completed or resolved, it will be voided and the wager returned to the player's account. Lasbela 1 is not liable for losses arising from connection issues on the player's side, including mobile data interruptions.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Lasbela 1 and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Depositing using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, game errors or technical faults for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any non-human method to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or exploiting multi-accounting to manipulate outcomes.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Lasbela 1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of stolen payment details.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
